Coffee:History, Benefits, nutritional content and risk

                You drink coffee on your routine....Ever thought of how it was discovered                          Coffee is a brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee beans.There are various types of coffee beans.Most popularly two types are used they are C.arabica and C.robusta. Coffee is darkly coloured,bitter,slightly acidic and it stimulate the brain with the caffeine content present in it.It can be prepared in various varieties like Espresso,latte,etc..,It can be drunken both as cold and hot drink.

                       There are various stories behind the history in discovery of coffee like Omar have chewed the berries and found it was bitter,then he roasted to enhance it where they became harder and then he tried boiling it and found that boiling made the berries softer which then came with fragrance brown liquid.Then Omar said it as "miracle drug".
                            Where another story was like sheep used to eat this beans , get dizziness and felt like drowsy and then they came up with the discovery of coffee bean from goatherd.
Coffee cultivation begins on Arabian Peninsula.In India 1st smuggled seed was grown in Mysore.
