Hawkins will be the oldest competitor at the meet

USATF on Twitter: "Take it from world record holder Julia ...

“I’ll walk two to five miles every day. I do some strength training and flexibility work,” says Wilder, who is the CEO and founder of a family medicine practice in the US state of Arizona called LifeScape. “It’s about the little things every day. Every choice I’m making I’m thinking about things that work in my favour. It’s about self-preservation.”

One of those athletes is 104-year-old Julia Hawkins.

WBRZ reports that 27 of Hawkins' competitors are reigning world masters champions. Athletes range in age from 30-104.

Hawkins set a record in last year's Senior Games in the 50-meter dash. She was the oldest woman to compete on an American track, according to the National Senior Games Association. She's also broken several world records.
